SUPPORT for Pupils

Ambition, Confidence, Happiness and Respect.

"...All Scotland's children and young people are entitled to support to enable them to gain as much as possible from the opportunities that Curriculum for Excellence provides. Some children may need additional support…”

Education Scotland 2023

At St. Andrews RC High School, we provide both universal and targeted curriculum support to ensure every student receives the necessary assistance to thrive.

Universal support includes a well-rounded curriculum and teaching methods that cater to diverse learning styles, enabling all students to access and engage with the material effectively. Our teachers employ strategies and resources to accommodate all learners.

For students requiring additional help, we offer targeted support through interventions and personalised learning plans.

By combining universal and targeted support, we aim to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and empowers every student to reach their full potential.
